This year's theme was Dissonance. My collection, "Subliminal Transitions" was an ode to internal struggle, or the dissonance one experiences with oneself. With the use of generous volumes, geometric shapes, and surface manipulation, I aimed to illustrate the transition of an withdrawn subject who learns to release their inhibitions.
